Jesenia Ng, a Licensed Master Esthetician with over 18 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and skill to every treatment. From advanced skincare techniques to customized facial plans, she has dedicated nearly two decades to perfecting her craft. BOOKING POLICIES

PAYMENT

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final payment. It is nonrefundable and nontransferable in the event of a cancellation

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled with no deposit refund. If you paid in full, the remaining balance minus the forfeited deposit will be listed as a credit on your account.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation should be made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. Failing to do so will be classed as a. “no-show”, and your deposit will not be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy stipulate that once the service has been provided, refunds will not be issued. If issues or concerns arise we encourage you to contact us.
